Quiche Lorraine

1) Cook 10 slices bacon until crisp.

2) Sprinkle 1 cup shredded swiss cheese into unbaked pie shell

3) Beat 6 eggs.

4) Blend in half and half, salt, nutmeg and pepper.

5) Pour mixture over cheese in pie shell

6) sprinkle bacon over pie

7) Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes

8) Let stand for 10 minutes
